Last May, we organized our Privacy Café at the CPDP conference (an international annual three-day conference devoted to privacy and data protection in Brussels).
First, Valéry Vander Geeten (CCB) explained NIS2 and its impact.
Then, with an interactive panel, we explored the intersection of beer, artificial intelligence, and data privacy.
Sofie Vanrafelghem (Master Beer Sommelier), Eugenio Mantovani (researcher VUB), Jan Paesen (founder of Viva Brews), and Tim Verheyden (Journalist at VRT) examined the potential impacts of AI on privacy through the lens of beer.
